I stayed here for a trip and would love to come back. the room overlooking the swimming pool was well-equipped with a safe box and coffee and tea making equipment. - the location was peaceful and conveniently close to a Lebanese restaurant, the airport, the area of new Cairo, and various conferences.

It was clean and the staff were supper friendly and incredibly nice, beds were very comfy. The hotel had indeed a quiet location close to air port. It was also close to airport and most business locations, the Lebanese restaurant and `` Cairo festival '' mall.

The room was clean and very luxurious, the bathrooms were nice, and it's conveniently located near a 24-hour café and the airport.

The staff was welcoming, the room was impressive with a nice bathroom, a bath tub, mini bar.

Its location quite far from the city. There are no shopping malls nearby. Checkin a little slow for my taste. There are no good walking areas nearby. It lacks shops inside the hotel

It was a wonderful base for our trip. The hotel is in a good location, very close to a beautiful Palace, Cairo Festival Mall, and the airport.

When I arrived the first night at 12 o'clock I found my room with floorboards, used coffee cups, dirty bathroom. They changed my room to a higher class room but I don't think that for a 5* hotel this situation is normal.

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were helpful, location was peaceful in a beautiful Palace. The rooms were stylish, neat, came with a really comfortable bed, a guests' bathroom, a bath tub.

The room was luxurious with a spacious bathroom and a very comfy bed, we enjoyed our stay here.

The accommodations here come with spacious bathrooms and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

All in all, it was pretty good. Very good facilities. Very friendly staff. Outdoor swimming pool with heated water. Very good breakfast. Very good SPA and massages. Security and access control at a very high level.

The water pressure in the bathroom was very low. Lack of an indoor swimming pool for children. There is an indoor swimming pool, but children under 18 years of age do not have access to it.

This place was great, I had a luxurious stay on my vacation, the rooms were well-maintained with a lovely bathroom and a super comfortable bed, no complaints whatsoever.
